Astra Mind provides self-reflection tools, AI-generated journaling reflections, and an AI coach for general informational purposes only. It is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional care. If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis hotline in your area.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of information you provide. You must be at least 16 years old to use Astra Mind.
AI-generated content
Test interpretations, journal reflections, coach responses, and profile syntheses are generated by AI models and may be imperfect, incomplete, or occasionally inaccurate. They reflect patterns in what you've shared — not objective facts about you.
Acceptable use
Don't use Astra Mind to attempt to harm yourself or others, to misuse the service for purposes outside personal self-reflection, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the app.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the app over time. You may stop using Astra Mind and delete your account at any time from Settings.
